Our story
Born from a personal experience
Integrity Home Healthcare was founded in 2022 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin by a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience in the medical field. Having worked closely with patients and families across a range of care settings, our founder saw firsthand how difficult it can be to find trustworthy, compassionate in-home care for an aging loved one — and knew there had to be a better way.
That clinical background shapes everything we do. As an RN-owned and operated agency, we bring a higher standard of care coordination, caregiver training, and health oversight to every client we serve. We built this agency on a simple promise: to treat every client the way we would want our own family members treated — showing up on time, communicating openly, and never cutting corners.
Today, we serve families across Eau Claire County and the surrounding region, and that founding promise guides every decision we make.
